We are looking for an Customer Service/Receptionist/Data Entry to assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities. This person needs to be able to handle busy phones and provide top-notch customer service to our Clients. This person must be eager, friendly and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive personality.

This role will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers and guests as the receptionist for our corporate location. In addition to receptionist reponsibilities, the Purchasing Operations Representative will assist and provide support to the Director, Managers and Purchasing Agents within the Purchasing Department. The Purchasing Operations Representative will complete an extensive amount of data entry that requires the highest level of accuracy despite short timelines and competing demands.

This is a multi-faceted position in a fast paced environment. Job responsibilities will include all front desk duties, assisting and supporting all other departments. This position requires ADVANCED computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel.

The ideal candidate must be organized and have great customer service skills to succeed.
